The villa is privately situated behind a wall and tall hedge in a beautiful 1500 sqm. garden with palms, olive, and fruit trees. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (11×6 metres), a wonderful garden for children, garden furniture, a barbeque and an outdoor shower.
An automatic watering system keeps flowers and grass always green and fresh. The garden is the perfect place to take in the views over Calonge and dine outside with your loved ones.
There are two terraces, one covered on the ground floor and one on the first floor covering the south façade of the house. The bedrooms and the living room enters onto these terraces.
