Two terraces — one covered on the ground floor and one along the south façade of the first floor — open directly from the bedrooms and living room, with views over Calonge. An automatic watering system keeps the garden green and fresh all season.
Inside you'll find a spacious 47 m² living and dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with its own eating area, four bedrooms with Scandinavian-size beds, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests plus a baby, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood of mostly permanent residents.
